Are you a real maintenance company, or just an online tool shop?
Both. Villiers Maintenance started as a property maintenance business operating in and around Coventry, and the tool store grew out of the equipment we use ourselves on the job. We're based at 10 Kele Rd, Coventry CV4 8DH.
Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship within the UK only.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, then shipped via Royal Mail, DPD, or FedEx depending on size and destination, taking a further 5–6 business days in transit. Total estimated delivery is 6–8 business days from order date.
Is there free shipping?
Yes — orders over £50 ship free. Orders under that threshold have a standard shipping charge calculated at checkout.
What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. See our full Return & Refund Policy for details.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If an item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, we cover return shipping. If you're returning an item simply because it wasn't right for you, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards, Shop Pay, and PayPal — all processed securely at checkout.
Are your tools suitable for professional trade use?
Yes. Our range — plier drivers, vises, and wrenches — is selected against the same standard we hold our own maintenance equipment to: built for repeated daily use, not occasional DIY jobs, though they suit both.
Can I pick up an order in person in Coventry?
Get in touch at info@villiersmaintenance.co.uk before ordering if you'd like to discuss collection from our Coventry address — this isn't set up as a standard checkout option but we're happy to help where we can.
Who do I contact if my item arrives faulty?
Email us straight away at info@villiersmaintenance.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll sort a replacement or refund under our Return & Refund Policy.
