When You're Charged
Your card or payment method is charged in full at the time your order is placed, not when it ships. This allows us to begin processing your order immediately.
Currency
All prices on villiersmaintenance.co.uk are listed in British Pounds (£ GBP). If you're paying from outside the UK, your bank or card provider may apply currency conversion and its own fees — we have no control over these charges.
Payment Security
All payments are processed through Shopify's secure, PCI-DSS-compliant checkout. Villiers Maintenance does not store your full card details on our servers at any point — that information is handled entirely by our payment processor.
Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed and no charge will be made. Common causes include incorrect card details, insufficient funds, or a bank's fraud check flagging an online transaction. If you believe a payment was declined in error, contact your card issuer first, then reach out to us at info@villiersmaintenance.co.uk if the issue persists.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@villiersmaintenance.co.uk. We can typically accommodate changes only before an order has been processed for shipping — once it's dispatched, our standard Return & Refund Policy applies instead.
